Kirbtech Acquires Sidella Computer Consulting of Chambersburg, PA
We are excited to announce that Kirbtech LLC has acquired Sidella Computer Consulting LLC on November 1, 2021. Sidella Computer Consulting is based in Chambersburg, Pa, and offered IT support and services to businesses in the Central Pennsylvania region since 2003.
Kirbtech is based in Carlisle, PA, and has provided IT managed services and IT hardware solutions to businesses in the Central Pennsylvania region since 2007. The Kirbtech team has a wide range of technical expertise in managed IT services, cloud solutions, network infrastructure, network security and maintenance, servers, PCs, phone systems, and camera systems
The acquisition is mutually beneficial to both parties. It enables Kirbtech to grow our customer base and expand our team of professional IT techs while providing additional service offerings and a larger support team to Sidella’s current customers.
The management team of Kirbtech will direct the combined business, with Rich Sidella and Ben Rupp taking Senior IT Tech positions with Kirbtech. Rich and Ben will continue to lead out in supporting the Sidella customer base while the Kirbtech team provides additional expertise and support.
