I had some difficulties finding the default username and password for a networked Okidata C3400. Turns out is a bit unique, at least in comparison to most default passwords. Hope this helps.
Username: root
Password: the last six of your printer’s MAC address. Do not include dashes and it is case sensitive.
I didn’t verify this, but it wouldn’t surprise me that this password would also work on the other Oki models such as the C3600, C5650, etc.

Just FYI.
I just had to fix an OKIdata C3400 at a friends office, and it wouldn’t accept username root, but it worked with username of “admin”, password was the last 6 of the mac address, all in uppercase.

We have a Oki C9850 and…
username: root (or admin)
password is the last 6 digits of the mac address in UPPER CASE (doesn’t work as lower case).
OKI MC160n default login password for admin user is sysAdmin.
I searched all the PDF files that come with printer and online result,none of them correct. Called Oki tech support and got it. hope it is useful for the others.
OKIC3400 :-
Id : root
pwd : last 6 digits of Mac address without dashes, should be in upper case

I have a 2011 iMac and an OKI C3400 printer. I need help setting up my printer with my new comp. I previously had the MacBook Pro and has little to no issues after installing the correct drivers. However I’m having issues with my current comp and the oki. I’ve downloaded the correct drivers and still have issues.
Please help. If someone could give me some kind of detailed how to instructions I would be really appreciative.
